The valuations that I attribute to Prospects and the valuations that I'd spend on'm are two entirely different things.
That sounds pretty contradictory, but can be explained by one simple truth: I believe that The Draft offers dozens of enormous bargains every single year, so I try to get an enormous bargain on every single Pick.
But that doesn't mean that a given Prospect isn't worth a lot more than I try to pay for'm. They often are.
01 ~ I should note first: I could conceivably give "Top 10" Grades to 24 Prospects in one Year, and to Zero in the next.
02 ~ My Intention is to assess Absolute Value, as best I can, regardless of a given Year's Market.
03 ~ And I should add: I'm stating only that such Values are warranted.
04 ~ I am by no means stating that I'd pick a Prospect in a certain Range. Me, I'm a Bargain Hunter!!
05 ~ These have evolved over the first few Years, but are current as of 2017.

Please Note:
As an enormous Fan of The Free Market, I have made a Concession to The Law of Supply and Demand: QuarterBacks beings scarce as they are, I acknowledge that one need not warrant a SuperBeast Rank to warrant a Top Ten Grade!!
