Is a good athlete who can reach blocks inside, but isn't as coordinated when asked to stick on slide down blocks. Showcases a bit of a mean streak as an in-line run blocker. Does a nice job pumping his legs through plays, sticking to blocks and finishing through the whistle. Has the ability to flat out dominate once he gets his hands on you in the run game, and at times the tape is very good. However, when asked to seal on scoop blocks, he definitely has the body control to get around his target initially off the snap. But doesn't seem to possess the same type of killer/finishing instinct. Will let go of his lineman too quickly and allow him to work in pursuit from the backside.
Doesn't consistently get off the snap count on time. Gets into ruts where he is consistently the last offensive lineman moving off the snap. Possesses the athleticism to still reach pass rushers on the edge at the I-AA level, but won't be able to get away with it in the pros. Needs to do a better job recognizing stunts and blitz pick-up assignments. At times is slow to react and will give up some penetration/outside pressure because of it. Smooth and graceful on his kick-slide, isn't overly rangy, but has enough athleticism to reach edge. Is at his best when he gets his hands on you and can slide his feet laterally and mirror through contact. Displays natural anchor strength, but at times will let his pad level rise a bit; can get away with that at 1-AA level, not the pros.
Impression: A natural athlete with good range and overall coordination and bend in the run game. Would like to see him finish more consistently, but has the ability to make a roster, develop and fight for a starting role inside with some time."
Positive: Fundamentally sound college tackle who projects to guard at the next level. Bends his knees, blocks with a wide base, and gets leverage on opponents. Patient in pass protection, works his hands, and stays square. Keeps defenders in front of him, shuffles his feet, and quickly gets off the edge. Makes exceptional use of angles and body positioning. Keeps his head on a swivel and shows good overall awareness. Shows the ability to adjust against defenders and is terrific in pass protection.
Negative: Initially moves defenders off the line but cannot finish blocks. Lacks classic footwork for a left tackle. Not light on his feet blocking in motion.
Analysis: Rackley has been a consistent performer on the college level and offers potential at guard in the NFL. He has the size, growth potential, and skill to eventually develop into a starter at the next level."
Negatives: Inconsistent knee bend, gets a little too upright... Not very explosive, lacks any real suddenness to his game... Doesn't fire out into his blocks... Not real quick getting in front of stunts and delayed blitzes... While he isn't neccesarily bad in space he does look a little stiff... Doesn't breakdown especially well on the move."
Strengths: Massive and thick-bodied. Can anchor well against the bull rush. Shows solid overall athleticism. Strong hands, and can throw rushers. Pulls OK for a big man. Can bury people in the run game when he locks on.
Weaknesses: Inconsistent effort which may be attributed in part to the lack of competition in the Patriot League. Choppy footwork, and has below average feet for an NFL LOT prospect. Might be able to stay at tackle on the right side, but will more than likely need to be transitioned to guard. Has not been tested against elite DEs. May have a long progression curve wants he hits an NFL camp.
Projection: 4th-6th rounder-depending on post-season workouts."

Will Rackley has a few holes in his game: Slow Launch Speed, slow Processing Speed, and, of most concern, some questions about his Tenacity.
And his Athleticism, which was supposed to be his strength, didn't make the trip to the Combine.
He's been moving up the Boards, and is well considered by those I respect most, but I see poor athleticism, a lack of consistency, a lack of domination against a lesser league, slow Launch, slow Processing Speed, and questionable Tenacity. I'm diverging with the vast, vast majority on this one, most of whom are far more qualified to render an opnion than I, but I gotta call'm as I see'm!!
Bust!!
