Virgil Green ~ Bust!!
When I evaluate any prospect, 1% of it derives from my own analysis of The Tape, and 99% of it is my evaluation of the evaluators: Those guys, quoted and linked, above, whose expertise DWARFS mine.

Virgil Green offers excellent Speed, but not much else: He doesn't have much Launch Speed off the Line, despite a great Vertical at the Combine, and he's a bad Navigator.
As a Blocker, he's considerably worse.
Wing Back is certainly out, and even as a Wing End ~ my term for a Tight End who line ups all over the Line, but spends most of his time running routes ~ he strikes me as a long shot. Now, if a team is willing AND able, he seems to have enough raw athletic skills to make something out of himself. But his sloppy Navigation discourages me from thinking he will. I'd grade him as a Late Round Project type, but his work at The Combine has inflated his Stock Price WAY beyond his worth, in my view.
