Stephen Schilling's Power in the Run Game is good, but his Strength in the Pass Game is pretty bad. He does have excellent Lateral Agility in either Game, very good Flanking Speed, and a decent Crouch. A converted O Tackle, he's still improving at O Guard, and has an overall Game that could eventually make him a starter.
