Is a gutsy, team-first guy who has played through his fair share of injuries and took the MTSU football team on his back throughout his career. Is a work in progress, though, and will need to learn a new position. However, he looks like a very savvy, well-rounded football player who can handle working/learning a new spot. Was suspended the first four games of the 2010 season for accepting a $1,500 loan from an 80-year-old patient at a Veteran's Administration Hospital.
Impression: Is more shifty/quick than fast, but has some natural power/strength to his game with the ball in his hands. And with the recent success of gifted college athletes making the move to other positions (Julian Edelman/ Joe Webb) I think this guy has a shot to make a roster as a dual third down/slot back if he is willing to work at it."
