Allows his pad level to get too high when asked to open up his hips and run. Lacks a great first step and/or second gear and will struggle to get back up to speed quickly. Does a better job in the run game working off his run keys and taking proper angles when attacking downhill. However, isn't a real physical tackler. Again, allows his pad level to get upright into contact, gets too high and will slide off ball carriers too easily at times instead of sticking low and bringing his legs.
Impression: Isn't real special in any area of the game and isn't much more than a free agent who needs to make his mark playing special teams to have a shot."
Positive: Adequately sized defensive back coming off a poor senior season. Effectively diagnoses the action, displays a sense of timing, and has a solid burst of closing speed in every direction. Fast up the field, aggressive defending the run, and shows ability as an open-field tackler.
Negative: Lacks the size to play safety. Has marginal ball skills. Does not make many plays on the ball in coverage.
Analysis: Ibiloye displayed a lot of progress in his game during his junior season of 2009. He did not perform up to expectations last season but has enough skill to be used in dime packages at the next level if he plays well on special teams."
