Positive: Athletic yet undersized safety with poor ball skills. Plays physical football, bumps receivers throughout the action and wraps up tackling. Works hard to get involved in the play and has a nice burst of closing speed. Quickly collapses to the outside in order to make plays.
Negative: Slow getting his head back around to locate the pass in the air. Shows a lot of hesitation in his game. Takes improper angles to the action.
Analysis: Wilson comes off a disappointing senior campaign after looking like a late round prospect during his junior season. He possesses cornerback size yet plays like a downhill safety which will make it tough for him to grab a roster spot in the NFL."
Strengths: Experienced starter. Very durable. Put up excellent stats in a pass-happy conference. 12 career interceptions, 6 came as a nickel back. Solid speed, extremely durable, and fundamentally sound.
Weaknesses: Major questions concerning his man-to-man ability will affect his draft stock. Hasn't lined up against many blue-chip WR's.
Projection: Placing Justin in the 5th round with upward movement potential. "
